We have seen in other articles that it is normal for damage (tears, rips, etc.) to happen to our arteries. The body would like to heal these problems with collagen fibers – as it does with other similar damage in the body. If it does not have the nutrients it needs to do this, it will send a signal to the liver to produce extra sticky LDL and Lp(a) cholesterol rather than bleed to death.
We can minimize this damage by:
1. Neutralizing many causes of this damage (such as free radicals, etc.) with the nutrients in our multi-nutrition Foundation.
2. We can help our body clean out the arterial plaque buildup with Artery Clear.
3. We can help reduce the amount of sticky cholesterol the liver produces with Cholesterol Balance.
The key is to focus on nutrients the artery needs,
not on shutting down the liver with statin drugs!
Understanding Our Medical Industry
You would think every medical authority would pursue this approach and research. So, why are natural remedies for cardiovascular problems often different than traditional treatment? Well, you have to be wise about the society we live in.
This may sound extreme to some – but I am a realist! I am old enough to have observed an incredible breakdown of ethics during the last 40 years. The decay of ethics has resulted in a “make profit regardless of what happens to people” motive in much of all industry. While always existing to some extent in the past, this has become the norm today!
This same erosion of ethics has also carried over into the drug and medical industry! It is bad enough to avoid or suppress information that might save lives. What is even worse is that some drug companies are even funding false studies. Some studies are intentionally designed to mislead people away from nutritional supplements. Why? So people will buy their much more expensive (and very profitable) prescription drugs.
Most research studies (even university studies) in the U.S.
are funded, directly or indirectly, by pharmaceutical companies
who want to make a profit selling drugs!
It is Pretty Simple
Ask yourself if a hundred million dollars in bonuses might tempt exectives to falsify information? Would they be willing to compromise ethics to produce some false studies to promote their products? You have heard of tobacco “studies” that “proved” smoking wasn’t addictive or harmful?
There are good doctors. There are also some doctors intentionally misleading people into expensive medical procedures that could be solved naturally. Why? Do you think a hundred thousand dollars of extra income to a doctor might sway their recommendations? How do you spell New Mercedes? (I have several family members in the medical field who see this happening quite frequently.)
Now I believe that many doctors and researchers really do want to help people! They just have been educated in a U.S. educational system that is heavily funded by medical companies wanting profits. In an emergency, these procedures and drugs can be a blessing. As a preventative or guide into optimal health, they are ineffective.
Healthy arteries are the natural result of giving the body what it needs to repair artery damage. Then the majority of people don’t need to worry as much about their cholesterol levels. (Even higher levels of cholesterol are not real dangerous if the arteries are healthy.)
Step One: Remove the Causes of Artery Damage
As we have seen, homocysteines, free radicals and other things attack our body, both naturally and from our changing environment.
Diet: Eating a reasonable diet helps, of course. Natural fats (including meat fats), in moderation are not as bad as the media represents. It is the unnatural man-made fats that need to be reduced. Eating more fruits and vegetables than the typical American diet helps. This is not new.
Exercise: Again, this is not new. Exercise is good on many fronts, but also in causing our body to burn more cholesterol and balancing its production in the body.
Nutrients: Many people are lacking here. In other articles, we’ve seen how important the B vitamins (especially B6, B12 and folic acid), C and E are in reducing homocysteines and free radicals. There are other nutrients that are even better in reducing free radicals. These are in our Ultimate Foundation multi-nutrient with over 60 nutrients in good proportions. Fish oil is also a good addition.
Step Two: Remove Artery Plaque and Rebuild the Arteries
Some buildup of plaque is normal in all people from childhood on. If the arteries stay flexible and the arterial plaque doesn’t increase too much, it is not a serious problem. It is when years have gone by without proper attention to it that excessive plaque buildup can become dangerous. Now we are able to look at the steps we can use to remove plaque and restore arteries.
1. Protocol for moderate plaque buildup (and maintenance).
Most people will take 3 containers of Artery Clear over 3-5 months to reduce the existing plaque buildup. You may take a lower amount than the full serving if desired. Artery Clear works best taken in the morning or evening on an empty stomach, but still has some effectiveness with food.
People reporting back to us have averaged about 25-30% plaque reduction. After this, taking 1 container a year is helpful to keep plaque from building back up.
2. Protocol directions for severe artery buildup (and maintenance).
Most people will take 3 containers of Artery Clear over 3-5 months to reduce the existing plaque buildup. Then wait a month and take another 3 containers. You may take a lower amount than the full serving if desired. Artery Clear works best taken in the morning or evening on an empty stomach, but still has some effectiveness with food.
People reporting back to us after the 2nd round of 3 containers report a little less, about a 20% reduction. After this, taking 1 container a year is helpful to keep plaque from building up.
3: Lowering Cholesterol – (For Those Who Need It)
Most conventionally trained physicians use statin drugs to reduce cholesterol. Statin drugs work to a limited extent (about a 35% reduction) in partially suppressing production in the liver. The cholesterol and Lp(a) levels usually do not come down to healthy levels. The Lp(a) level seldom goes below 30mg/dl – and these drugs do come with some very unpleasant side effects!
There are some people with genetically inclined livers that produce too much cholesterol. Higher levels of cholesterol may be less dangerous now that the arteries are healthier and cholesterol has less to stick to. However, now that the arteries are in the process of being healed correctly, we can focus on supplements that can naturally help reduce LDL levels and increase HDL levels!
This is where the Ultimate Cholesterol Balance comes in! This supplement, another of our leaders in their fields, provides the nutrients that naturally reduce cholesterol even further. The higher the starting levels of cholesterol, the more significant are the reductions.
