Kills All Skin Disease Infections
in Dogs, Cats and Other Animals!
Our Natural Monolaurin can Heal Most Skin Diseases
Both Internally and on the External Skin of Pets.
________________________________________________________
Skin diseases and infections are common in pets – especially with dogs who often have more outdoor exposure. Our Ultimate Monolaurin is a very effective natural product, found in its highest natural concentration in mother’s milk (to protect an infant until their immune system kicks in). It is also a very effective internal defense against infections with all animals. We focus more on dogs in this article because our little monolaurin pellets, used internally, are ideal for dogs that will gulp soft foods. The external Pet Skin Conditioner works with all animals.
Three concerns in healing dog and cat skin problems.
1. Is there an Internal cause for the skin problem (a staph infection, Lyme’s Disease, etc.)?
2. Is there External infection that has to be dealt with (infection, rash, dry itch, etc.)?
3. Are Skin Nutrients provided to help the skin heal naturally?
Our answers are as Unique as they are Simple.
1. Internal: Monolaurin – small natural pellets that kills internal infections.
2. External: Pet Skin Health – natural anti-bacterial infection healing and skin conditioner for your pets.
3. Skin Nutrients: Nutrients are included in the Pet Skin Health above to help nourish and heal the skin.
How Monolaurin and Colloidal Silver Work
Monolaurin is natural and found in its highest concentration in mother’s milk of all mammals. It is there to help protect newborn infants from all bacterial infections and many viruses. It has no side effects, interactions with other drugs, or any allergies (I’ve never yet heard of an infant allergic to their mother’s milk). Monolaurin is not an ‘immune boosters’ or interfers with the metabolism of the pet. It directly attack all pathogen (bad) bacteria and many viruses.
Pathogen bacteria, borrelia burgdorferi and many viruses have a very flimsy lipid fat membrane envelope (skin). This is by natural design so the bacteria and virus can easily move around, some even penetrating cells. Monolaurin happens to have the same size lipid fat molecules as these membranes. They absorb into the virus and bacteria, disrupting the reproductive cycle. Absorbing into it membrane also weakens the membrane. Monolaurin doesn’t hold together well so the already flimsy bacteria skin ruptures and the cell dies.
(Amazingly, monolaurin does not affect good bacteria because they have a different type of skin – “natural by design”!) There are, literally, hundreds of clinical studies (many on our site) that confirm monolaurin’s unique antibacterial abilities.
Colloidal Silver has been used by people as far back as Greek and Roman days to kill infections. Pioneers even threw a few silver coins in their water barrels to help keep the water good. It is essential to have very small silver particles (and ours average less than a nanometer in size)! Monolaurin and colloidal silver kill bacteria by different methods so they make a great tag team together.
Easy to Administer
Internally: Yes, it works for all animals – and is Easy to Give to Those that gulp food!
We all know the battle that it can be to get a pet to swallow a pill. That battle is over because our Ultimate Monolaurin comes in tiny pellets (about 85 in a teaspoon). You adjust for weight but mix 1 little pellet for every 2 pounds in a soft food. For example: for a 15# cat you would mix 7 tiny pellets in some soft food, a 30# dog would have 15 tiny pellets mixed into some soft food. You simply adjust the number of pellets up or down according to weight.
Most dogs have no problem swallowing the pellets mixed in soft food (especially with gravy). Cats can be more picky but the majority will eat a soft cat food that allows the pellets to mix in – and far fewer scratches for you!
The Monolaurin pellets do not work as well for animals that chew their food (cows, horses) because monolaurin is pretty bitter. However, it is not a problem for pets that do not chew their food much because the pellets do not readily dissolve in the mouth.
Externally: We have a very effective product to heal your pet’s skin.
Our Anti-bacterial Pet Skin Health has monolaurin, colloidal silver, essential oils and aloe vera in it that will help kill external infections. It comes in a spray bottle for easier application. Simply apply and leave on for best results. However, it can also be lightly rinsed off after a few minutes and it will still leaves a film of protection.
Skin Nutrients: We include the best in skin nutrients here to help pet skin heal better.
The Pet Skin Health is in an organic nutrient base that moistens, soothes and helps the skin heal with less scarring. They also greatly reduces the itching by healing the causes –not just deadening the nerves! These nutrients include: Aloe Vera, Coconut oil, Jojoba oil, Vitamin E, Neem oil and Rose.
Helps Other Pet (and human) Diseases and Illnesses
Our largest customer base for monolaurin is actually for people. Monolaurin has been shown in hundreds of clinical studies (many posted in our home page “A-Z Index” below) to kill ALL pathogen (bad) bacteria and many viruses. This includes MRSA, Hepatitis, Herpes, Shingles, CFS, Lyme Disease and the majority of colds and flues. The FDA has even approved monolaurin for food processing sterilizing because it really does kill bad bacteria.
In fact, many people take a “maintenance” dose year round for general protection – especially during cold and flu season. However, this same Ultimate Monolaurin can be used for both human and pet health needs. (There are many articles and more information in our A-Z Index, and a link to more Monolaurin information.)
This is good news for your pet because, as a mammal, monolaurin will kill many internal diseases in your pet! These diseases can cause, not only skin problems on the surface, but other things internally. Often, you have to treat the internal, as well as the external skin, for lasting results.
Dosage and The Only Caution
How can something so good have a caution?? Well, our Monolaurin is so good at what it does that it can actually kill off bad things quicker than the liver can eliminate the dead cells from the blood. That’s how good it is! Because of this, we recommend starting off slow with a half dosage for several days. This gives time to reduce the bacterial load and the liver to filter the dead cells out. Then you can increase the dosage to normal after that.
Maintenance:
1 scoop (a tsp. / 85 pellets) a day for a 150 pound person. (A 15 pound animal = 1/10, or 8 pellets a day.)
Treating a Disease: 1 scoop, 2-3 times a day for a 150 pound person. (A 15 pound animal = 8 pellets, 2-3 times a day.) Use smaller amounts of soft food for multiple meals.
Remember, monolaurin is natural and has no side effects if entered into gradually. (However, more than the triple dose does not add to its effectiveness, so more than the triple dose is not needed or recommended).
Mange
Mange is a little different situation than other infections and diseases. Mange is caused by parasitic mites. Our products will deal with any infection and skin irritation that is caused by the mites. However, we want to make sure people understand that our Monolaurin, Pet Skin Health and Skin Defense are not designed to kill these mites. They do not like the essential oils in our products, and that may chase some mites off, but the essential oils themselves will not totally get rid of the mites.
What our products will do with mange is tremendously help heal any skin infections caused by the mites. They will also soothe and heal the skin with the other base ingredients, mentioned above, while a regular mite treatment gets rid of the mites.
