Weight loss is usually a challenge for most people. Most articles will talk about foods (diet) and lifestyle (exercise). While these are important, I will leave it to the many others that cover them.
My concern is for nutrients and procedures NOT covered as well by others. In fact, there some things that can really help to make it far easier for people to lose weight!
The good news is that there are answers.

By far, the best procedure we have found, and experienced, is the “Pound & Inches”procedure developed by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons in Rome. He has taken thousands through the procedure. It requires following the protocol but people actually lose a pound a day – with no hunger pains or weakness!

Nutrients and Supplements
There are nutrients that can help. There are also many scams and promotions that do not help at all – but they’ll be happy to take your money. We will be adding reports on these different supplements as time goes along.
